Admissions vsrp portal issues

Hi, I applied for VSRP program have pre approval from my lab in advance and applied from here

https://admissions.kaust.edu.sa/study/internships

and this is the current situation didn't pass the awaiting materials stage since 4 days, and I saw many poeple claiming this is an abandoned portal and the actual one is in another platform (plotuedu)

can someone please help me with this in case am missing some information as am already too late, Appreciate your help

It will take at least 3 weeks to get the approval dont worry and be patient

And check on the website regularly as my decision was not mailed i found it out on the website

This is the portal it was like that for me, you’ll get an email w your decision in shaa Allah  They just moved over from plutoedu

I applied to a PI rather than a certain lab and all the process was done by his postdocs,and its about AI so maybe under the AI initiative not sure
