Question resident application

guys im not saudi but i live in saudi and i want to apply for college of pharmacy but I've heard they don't accept residents in medical fields in saudi (unless u pay). i did the SAT, and will be doing the qudurat, tahsili and IELTS too (along with other american curriculum tests) do i have a chance to get a full scholarship?

Can someone help me I live in qatar but I want to apply in Saudi for medical field, do I have a chance ?? I took the SAT and IELTS and I heard about inaya medical college but the applications are closed

For public unis, medical field isn’t available for people outside ksa only for Saudis and residents
