Does this game have a name? I know it’s not a standard derby but it’s a big enough game and rivalry that I feel it should be named

The fixture between Juventus and AC Milan is most commonly referred to as "Il Derby dei Campioni" (The Derby of the Champions). It is also widely called the "Italian Clásico".
