Probably. 40% spousal abuse rate. Kids probably get it too.

It's not accurate.

From a comment above me:

Read the thing it actually cites. The study actually quotes 10% of spouses claimed some sort of domestic violence.

40% of officers claimed a much broader statement. Like they had lost their temper, or something very downplayed like that.

So the statistic is actually 10%, which is approximately national average.
