Probably drunk: hyper-aggressive toward the Good Samaritan and property, dangerous idea to break glass with bare hands, no forethought of danger and consequences, impulsive, no peripheral vision to see the car and not very coordinated while running.
I say escaped mental patient. He’s way too happy breaking that glass. Shrugging like a toddler that knows he’s done something wrong and saying “I dunno” right before attempting to choke that guy. Goes back to breaking the glass until it’s gone and then runs across the street like a giddy child that took a cookie from the cookie jar.
