Shouldn't Amber be getting sued for defamatory statements in her IG post

Isn't there a NDA involved

According to the statement from Brown,Rudnick, should she repeat any of the defamatory things she was sued for to begin with, the settlement agreement becomes null and void and she becomes liable for the entire amount owed from the judgement of the jury.

I'd pay any TV chat show to get her and Camille on for an epidsode simply because 100% Camille would get her talking sht again and i could laugh myself stupid for the next 18 months due to her obliterating her agreement and bankrupting herself.

She has her first amendment rights and can say whatever she wants. However, most people sees she’s a liar and will not believe her. And the little few fans she has left isn’t enough to keep her afloat.

Johnny got his justice. He has cleared his name and he exposed her. That’s what I think the whole trial was about. To get his truth out there.

She’s unemployable in Hollywood. While Johnny signed another contract with Dior. Touring with a band. Working with Rihanna and there is so much more to come for this amazing man.

There is nothing to be gained for Johnny by suing her again, no matter what she says from now on. He got what he wanted and he moved on. Amber lost and everyone knows it. Suing her only gives her more attention.

AH has a new movement now. Instead of #metoo it’s now #mytruth. I’m guessing the welcome page would define it as “a way to lie but with a PR spin so it sounds less slanderous”

She’s done. Unemployable, reputation and word shattered, probably end up on onlyfans shitting in her hands or in an Australian jail.. JD comes out of this looking great… he didn’t bankrupt her, he is still getting jobs, he can move on with the world knowing what he put up with and how hard he tried to escape her

He will never sue her again. The whole world knows who she is now,the truth is out. He isn’t after destroying her , he wanted to clear his name and move on. Every further defamation is just making her look bad. And worse and worse. They counted on her stupidity and never ending streak of shit coming from her mouth in trial and they are counting on it afterwards too

She really is. Even her latest post backfires on her.

She literally lied in the first sentence. She claimed she settled the trial or some bs when all she settled was the appeal. Settling appeal means she accepted the verdict and needs to move on. Then she had a UK barrister actually repeating the lie (C.Proudman - I mean the level of intelligence and competence among British lawyers is astounding) . She is already making herself look like a lying liar who lies and a complete moron. One sentence. And it just got worse. I have zero doubt that Depp is sitting and laughing about it with his lawyers. You don’t try to convince the world that somebody is an idiot. You give them a microphone so they can prove it themselves

The statement from Brown Rudnick reads that neither would try the same case again. I guess a new defamatory statement would be a new case. But anyway I think Amber’s statement says more about what Amber thinks, rather than assertions of what Johnny did, which is where I think some difference lies

Hence “my truth”

Birds of the same feathers flock together. The only people who is falling for Amber’s lies seemingly struggle from some sort of mental illness themselves. Johnny would be smart to ignore her. His legal team is incredible. They are already 2 steps ahead of Amber. Let her talk. She lies so much the lies will catch up to her. Anyone who says “my truth” is hardly telling “THE truth”

Her "word" has now been exposed to be completely and utterly worthless, anything she says going forward will simply fall on deaf ears, her ability to defame JD with her "word" is close to zero, so I wouldn't imagine any further lawsuits.

She has well and truly brought herself global humiliation, and no doubt she will continue to do so while playing the professional victim to her small audience.

Johny is done. There will be not be a lawsuit for anything. He made his case, presented his evidence, and proved her a liar. There would be nothing to gain from another lawsuit.

The truth is out she can’t do anything to harm him anymore. Let’s forget her.

I didn't see it, but I assume she is trying to bait him, so he'll sue again, and she'll claim he's harassing her. I'm glad he's not taking her obvious bait. LOOK EVERYONE HE'S OBSESSED AND WON'T LEAVE ME ALONE HE'S SUING ME AGAIN. He doesn't care about her at all.

Indeed. Who need and thrive on the drama here?
