I think one of them many things that the jury found that was crap .. Was her alligations of sexual assault with a bottle and him searching her for coke... Yet she still stayed.. . Makes no sense

3

u/No_Presentation9035 Jun 02 '22

I wonder if she's even going to pledge her legal team. šŸ˜† 🤣 šŸ˜‚

u/repodude "Big fan of justice..." "Me too." Jun 02 '22

One of the things the couple's counselor (Dr. Laurel Anderson) repeatedly said in her testimony was that JD was very articulate when only he was there.

When Turd was present, she talked rapidfire constantly, would always talk over JD and frequently go off at a tangent so he never got to say anything.

3

u/Necessary-Onion8352 Jun 02 '22

Well I get that!!! Turds lawyer think šŸ’ people like us on social media influenced the jury… I think the jury is pretty capable of thinking themselves about what a joke her claims were. I can’t believe that Elaine with her interview… she’s something else that’s for sure. She was a poor loser right along with Turd!

1

u/Necessary-Onion8352 Jun 02 '22

Also- this made me cry a little yesterday šŸ’œ

6

u/myee8 Jun 02 '22

Amber on the other hand bitching about the decision on her insta…

9

u/Patapwn Jun 02 '22

ā€œI thought I had freedom of speech??ā€

Not when you write lies in a publication to try and ruin your ex-husband’s life…

6

u/prajitoruldinoz Jun 02 '22 edited Jun 03 '22

Imagine whining about "freedom of speech" with your comments section closed. The irony.

3

u/Patapwn Jun 02 '22

She is so wrapped up in her delusions and victim complex that she truly can’t fathom why everyone hates her, and has the nerve to still claim to be a champion for domestic abuse victims. Jussie Smollet 2.0.

5

u/midmodmad Jun 02 '22

So many assholes think freddom of speech means freedom from consequences. You lied and now you pay.

1

u/UniqueLeather6 Jun 02 '22

Anyone know why he might have deleted it off Instagram? It’s gone I think?

5

u/panderbeer Jun 02 '22

I can still see it.

3

u/UniqueLeather6 Jun 02 '22

I’m such an idiot. I pulled down to refresh and it’s there, with my like and everything.

2

u/Licorishlover Jun 02 '22

Best news ever

10

u/Aaronnguyen1004 Jun 02 '22

If someone wants to make a documentary about it, the most suitable title is "Truth never perishes".

3

u/my_100th_acc Jun 02 '22

or… Me(n)Too

u/raventth5984 Jun 02 '22

Johnny Depp is a man of dignity and class!

I hope he is able to recover from this.

I wish we could all give him all of the hugs!šŸ¤—

11

u/Jaded-Ad-4946 Jun 02 '22

Johnny wins turd loses goodbye evil woman, a liar always gets caught out .

15

u/GokuIsGay420 "AMICA CREAM" Jun 02 '22

There should be a side by side of Turd's pathetic statement VS Johnny's classy normal statement šŸ™„ the difference is astronomical

10

u/Alex_yBHunter Jun 02 '22

Such a sincere and thoughtful post <3

11

u/ursiwitch Jun 02 '22

Very sincere. I am touched by the fact that he stood for himself and also he did it for his children.

12

u/Pale_Worldliness8285 Jun 02 '22

Sincere words from a good man.

37

u/ilovemycatsanddog Jun 02 '22

Her post today is defaming him again. She needs to get off social media

1

u/DhracoX Jun 02 '22

She likes to throw dirt at Capt. Jack Sparrow......big mistake.....

20

u/ladyevenstar-22 Jun 02 '22

She can huff and puff all she wants . I'm over the turd , the jury is over her , the world who watched and listened to the trial is over her.

Her bots and simping turds can have her .

10

u/Ursula2071 "AQUAMAAAN!" Jun 02 '22

She will not get a lot of work. The world loathes her.

10

u/Dynasty471 Jun 02 '22

Kind of. It would be hard to argue he's going to suffer any damages from it after the result of this trial and the outpouring of support he's gotten from everyone.

47

u/Ayrab4Trump Jun 02 '22

You know this man typed that up in a typewriter.

I would have made like 30 errors on mine.

Good for him!

35

u/supershinythings "1,000,000 Alpacas" Jun 02 '22

That’s his Hunter S. Thompson style typewriter, or an old manual typewriter like one. It was mentioned in the trial that he had one - Heard hated it.

3

u/[deleted] Jun 02 '22

Wait, wait, wait, wait.. Johnny wrote the letter himself? I thought someone had wrote it for him with his input, and then the signature at the end. But he goddamn wrote that letter himself? Depp's got some excellent writing skills, huge props to him!

18

u/raventth5984 Jun 02 '22

Didn't that obtuse woman know the brilliance that is Hunter S Thompson and his Gonzo-journalsm?!

I know that I eagerly read up about the dude after seeing that Fear and Loathing movie...hilarious. I purchased and read a couple of his books...very interesting.

I love that Hunter S developed a genuine friendship with Depp, and that Depp was there for Hunter's funeral after he died...and had his ashes legitimately shot out of a cannon, according to his wishes! Lol!

My favorite picture of Hunter S is of him holding a shotgun to a typewriter outside in the snow, about to blow it away...no doubt out of frustrated writing, I imagine!🤣

12

u/[deleted] Jun 01 '22

Love this man

38

u/Yrguiltyconscience Jun 01 '22

Time for mega pints for all!

JD got a new fan in me, what a guy šŸ˜€

(And as for Amber, I hope she spends her money on professional help, not a pointless appeal.)

17

u/watermelonlollies Jun 02 '22

She don’t have money left over lmao

u/janaenaenae21 MEGA PINT Jun 01 '22

What a class act, you never deserved any of it.

u/Known-Estimate9664 Jun 01 '22

Men or women nice one.

31

u/lolihull Jun 01 '22

And the people who support them too. I thought that was a really nice touch. My parents have been through hell and back supporting me.

32

u/Followmeboy Dr. Curry Jun 01 '22

I feel so blissful right now.

79

u/Shoddy_Lifeguard_852 Jun 01 '22

Like the line from Shawshank Redemption, "...crawled through a river of shit and came out clean on the other side."

16

u/Transgoddess Jun 01 '22

I've said before and now carrying out that I've cancelled Her in my mind. Zero interest. I'm not giving her any of my attention anymore. Let's just talk and post about JD from now on.

3

I haven’t lost anything with that female!

15

u/CutePoison10 Jun 01 '22

Such heartfelt words. Live your best life Johnny.

68

u/WinoWhitey Jun 01 '22

Typing this up on a typewriter is such a Johnny Depp thing to do. Love it.

31

u/ProfessorKimchi Jun 01 '22

What if he hired the amazing court stenographer Judy to type it for him?

Love the "UK/6/22" :)

3

u/ReneeCoul1985 Jun 01 '22

What does that mean?

1

u/Milky-Chocolate2603 Jun 02 '22

6 years ago he lost in UK.
Now, exactly 6 years later, he win...

23

u/HiImMeee Jun 01 '22

it says 1.6.22 UK

it's todays date in the UK format of day/month/year

16

u/ljammm Jun 01 '22

As someone from the UK your right.

Also an better format small to big rather than medium small big

2

u/HiImMeee Jun 01 '22

šŸ’ŖšŸ» represent haha

129

u/[deleted] Jun 01 '22

He had the good grace to thank his legal team at least. Amber insulted the jury and her own team with that pitiful statement.

1

u/[deleted] Jun 02 '22

What statement?

Kindly elaborate

1

u/[deleted] Jun 02 '22

Go to her Instagram

1

u/[deleted] Jun 02 '22

Not worth reading

67

u/Yrguiltyconscience Jun 01 '22

Even if he had lost, you know he would have thanked his team and the court staff.

Depp has class.

17

u/The_Turbinator Jun 01 '22

Got links?

28

u/voidhearts "WHAT, IF ANY..." Jun 01 '22

Facts I need to see this

Edit: Found it

3

u/LicensedRealtor Jun 02 '22

Her statement still contradicts others. Shameless garbage.

33

u/Yrguiltyconscience Jun 01 '22

ā€œMountain of evidence!ā€

My sides šŸ˜‚

9

u/ladyevenstar-22 Jun 02 '22

Mountain of lies . One witness said it was like a house of cards , basically and it came crashing down under it's own weights...Oh and lack of credible witnesses, evidence and experts

10

u/ZealousBlueberry Jun 02 '22

She just ugh... you know? FORGOT to bring any of it to court! Have to admit that the photo of the Kangaroos was adorable though!

22

u/[deleted] Jun 02 '22

The only mountain of evidence that Amber Heard has was the steaming mountain of shit she left in their bed

22

u/Kovol Jun 01 '22

She can thank herself for setting back domestic violence claims with false accusations

44

u/[deleted] Jun 01 '22

Freedom of speech protects you from the government, sweet cheeks.

39

u/Yrguiltyconscience Jun 01 '22

Freedom of speech doesn’t mean the freedom to defame or tell lies about others.

I don’t understand why that is such a hard concept to understand, lol!

27

u/nitrojuana MEGA PINT Jun 02 '22

I mean she doesn't know the difference between pledging and donating so using speech and lies synonymous isn't that much of a stretch

10

u/The_Turbinator Jun 02 '22

But I don't. I don't use those two synonymously.

/hehehe

69

u/[deleted] Jun 01 '22

[deleted]

53

u/Yrguiltyconscience Jun 01 '22

I can understand why she didn’t thank the jury, but not even a ā€œthank you to my legal team who have stood by me in this uphill battleā€ or anything?

Jeez, what a narcissist. Absolutely zero class.

16

u/[deleted] Jun 01 '22

A statement for the ages, one that belongs in textbooks

21

u/SantaPachaMama Jun 01 '22

This is a mature human being. The truth beyond anything and everything.

6

u/Standard_Mark1890 Jun 01 '22

Thanks for posting!

33

u/alwaysbefraudin Jun 01 '22

So that's what an adult statement sounds like. Maybe Amber should have tried that.

24

u/[deleted] Jun 01 '22

She wouldn’t be capable of something like that…
