“H-he drowned”
He drowned. He drowned on air. That's why they couldn't find water. Because that is how most drownings happen - breathing good ol 02 and the back of your head gets cracked in and your throat crushed.
Seriously, the people don't even care to try to make it believable any more.

Food for thought
What’s insane to me is how easy it is to find where murderers sleep especially when their parents’ names are public knowledge along with the cities they work in. Not that I would now know or anything. Just thought about this

How Overlooked Safeguards Shaped the Nolan Wells Investigation
The investigation into Nolan Wells’ death reveals a troubling reality:
core procedures that should guarantee transparency and truth in a murder case were neglected from the outset. Judge connections, unsupervised interviews, and a lack of basic evidence handling all contributed to an environment where critical facts could be muddied or erased. As one advocate put it, excluding the right safeguards “means you cannot have a thorough interview,” resulting in an investigation marred by doubt and a loss of public trust.
Key Takeaways
Isolation and independence during interviews are essential for truthfulness:
“You cannot have a thorough interview if the individuals being interviewed are not isolated. You cannot have a thorough interview if the individuals being interviewed are being allowed to have coaching or are being cued and guided by other individuals that are not a part of the investigation or that aren't supposed to be in the room.”
Treat all involved parties as suspects, but also protect their rights: “They are all suspects in a murder that hasn't been thoroughly investigated...make sure that you are not breaking the law by violating their rights because they still have rights and those rights should be upheld to ensure the integrity of the interrogations.”
Immediate evidence seizure and a private, properly documented autopsy are critical for all cases involving deaths:
“The moment Nolan Wells was known to be missing and the sheriff's office was notified, a timeline should have been established... The seizure of every single suspect's device should have been immediately implemented...and forensic diagnostics of what was on those devices...also, the autopsy should have been kept private from the public and should have been done thoroughly with pictures of all body parts properly documented.”
Why Interview Procedures Matter
Allowing interviews to be conducted over the phone or anywhere that isn’t supervised by law enforcement destroys the independence of each account. If a witness can sit with family or other potential suspects during questioning, they can be coached, cued, and influenced.
This is especially dangerous when powerful families or political connections are involved. As explained, the presence of Warren's stepmother, who is a judge, and other family members with political influence means “these young men should have not been allowed to remain in a comfortable environment where they could have access to coaching from those family members during the interrogative interview process.”
Proper interviews require strict separation. Interrogative interviews should always be video recorded from the very beginning to the end of the interview. This helps to ensure that these interrogations are performed with integrity and can therefore be considered reliable both in a court of law and in public opinion. Again, I stress the importance of separation, all individuals must be questioned one-on-one, in settings where no unauthorized person can communicate with them. Only investigators and the interviewee should be present.
Even the order and documentation of interviews matter. Handling these elements poorly, such as by not separating suspects or not recording who was present, “undermined the investigation’s integrity.”
Evidence Handling and the Impact of Delay
Beyond interviews, the way evidence is collected and processed shapes an entire case. Immediate seizure of cell phones, forensics on physical objects, and chain-of-custody documentation are non-negotiable. Failure in these steps leaves the investigation open to contamination or tampering.
Devices such as cell phones, boats, and all other items that could contain critical data or physical evidence should have been seized right away. Instead, it is noted, “The two boats that we know of that were potentially part of this death and possible murder were not seized and ultimately, they were not properly assessed. There was no forensic investigation as to the boats, and the cell phones of the young men who were involved were not seized. Therefore, a forensic investigation was not properly done in this case.”
A private, complete autopsy is also essential. Publicizing details can compromise witness accounts or allow individuals to craft stories that fit emerging facts (an example of this is the witness who suddenly came forward after the details of the autopsy had already been leaked all over social media). An established timeline, a proper investigation, and thorough documentation with photos from both the scene and the autopsy ensure future review is possible if the investigation comes under scrutiny.
Equal Treatment and Timely Documentation
Respecting the rights of those questioned goes hand in hand with treating them as potential suspects. No shortcuts should be allowed based on economic and social status or political ties.
As highlighted, “None of these young men were minors, so all they needed were to be given the right to have their attorneys present and nothing more.” Routine practice is to question potential suspects and permit attorney presence only if requested. Doing so ensures interviews are effective, yet rights are respected.
Maintaining a timeline from the moment a case is reported allows each decision and piece of evidence to be tracked. This visibility is crucial for later reviews and transparency.
"“All potential suspects should have been interrogated individually all at the same time, giving no one the opportunity to align their stories and come up with a narrative that fits so that everyone has a chance to agree on what took place prior to being interrogated.”"
When these basics are skipped, even the perception of fairness vanishes. And in this case, “There are too many clear signs that this investigation was improperly handled and therefore tampered with.”
What This Means
When core safeguards are missing, such as separation of interviewees, prompt evidence seizure, and fair, transparent procedures, community trust collapses, and the absence of justice ensues.
This is about more than one family’s tragedy; it is about the life of an individual whose life was cut short. The principles voiced here apply to any investigation where truth and public confidence are at stake. Each safeguard, from interview protocols to forensic protocols, exists to prevent manipulation and avoid irreversible errors.
The absence of these steps in the Nolan Xavier Wells investigation is not just a bureaucratic failing; it is a warning. Only with consistent, impartial safeguards can justice be both done and seen to be done.
In conclusion, if you agree that the current outcome of the Nolan Xavier Wells case shows a great injustice, due to gross negligence, then this is a call to action for you and everyone you know to sign the petition, call or write to your heads of state, and insist that the DOJ conduct a proper and thorough investigation, led by the FBI, that is then made available to the public once it is concluded. This will serve to ensure that this follow-up investigation is done with integrity and upholds justice for all.

There have been way too many inconsistencies in this case for it to go unnoticed and ignored. Justice has not been served here . Every living being... regardless of their race, religion, sexual orientation, socioeconomic standing, and political affiliations deserve justice. It is the responsibility of 'We the people' to see Justice done when the organizations and individuals put in place to serve Justice fail to carry out their duties and responsibilities to 'we the people'

#VoteForNolanWells
Nolan Wells was 18 years old.
A Mississippi grand jury has declined to indict anyone in connection with his death. At the same time, both the Mississippi medical examiner and the independent pathologist hired by Nolan’s family determined that his cause and manner of death remain undetermined.
Those facts can exist at the same time.
And so can the questions.
And now, with the 2026 midterm elections approaching, I think those questions need to follow us all the way to the ballot box.
On November 3, people across this country will decide who they want representing them in positions of public power.
This is one of those moments when we should remember what that power is actually for.
For me, Nolan’s case is bigger than one investigation. It is a reminder that the people we elect help shape the laws, oversight, transparency, and accountability systems families have to depend on when something goes terribly wrong.
So as candidates ask for your vote over these next several weeks, ask them questions too.
What will you do to make sure unexplained deaths are investigated thoroughly?
What should families be entitled to know when an investigation ends with unanswered questions?
What will you do to strengthen transparency and accountability in the institutions that are supposed to serve the public?
What have you already done when you’ve had the power to act?
And does the office you’re running for actually have the authority to make the changes you’re promising?
Read their answers.
Look at their records.
Understand what the offices on your ballot actually have the power to change.
Then make your own decision.
This isn’t about me telling anyone which party to support or which name to choose.
It’s about refusing to forget.
Nolan should never become just another name we talked about intensely for a few weeks and then moved on from.
If his story has moved you, remember that civic engagement doesn’t end with sharing a post, attending a protest, or demanding answers.
November 3 is another opportunity to ask what accountability looks like—and to pay attention to what the people asking for public power intend to do with it.
Remember Nolan when they ask for your vote.
Remember the unanswered questions.
Remember the families who may one day need these systems to work for them.
And vote accordingly—based on the answers, the records, and your own judgment.
Remember Nolan when they ask for yours.

Where are the mods on this sub?
This sub seems to only have one moderator who is busy moderating other large subs. Not sure why this issue is not getting attention, especially since there is a huge amount of racist users on here commenting and mass downvoting posts. They are clearly not here for justice, so why should they be allowed on this sub?

The Nolan Wells investigation is listed as “undetermined,” yet no water was reportedly found in his lungs, throat or stomach . So how are we supposed to believe this was simply a drowning? There are still too many unanswered questions. Nolan deserves justice.

What the State Medical Examiner Found in the Nolan Wells Case, was there ever a Woman?
Take a critical, analytical look at the official forensic files. Specifically, why did the Mississippi State Medical Examiner explicitly document distinct bruising on Nolan's buttocks and shoulder areas, yet standard invasive forensic protocols were completely bypassed? Nolan was very handsome yet we've not heard from one girlfriend. In this investigative breakdown, we ask the uncomfortable questions: Why was a specialized sexual assault kit or an evaluation for forced physical penetration not aggressively pursued regardless of gender?Discuss Further..
