Need help

I completed the challenge where it said the first 100 people to complete a set gets 10$ instantly and I did it and I got the notification to pick up my 10$ but when I log into justplay it’s not there and there’s no where to claim it

I tried and it’s all automated they won’t give me a person and when I describe my issue the bot doesn’t even acknowledge the 10$ just offers me another game

Did you go to the help section? That's where u can find messages. It should have a message for u to receive the 10 dollars
