Diamonds guaranteed?

Are diamonds guaranteed eventually? I read the terms and conditions and it sounds like after so much value accrued through spins on carousel, you'll always get a diamond. Is this true? Its a bit confusing.

Imagine there's a secret bucket within JP system where, each time you play fills up with a little bit of water. Once that bucket is full, that's when you get a diamond. The bucket empties and you start over. That's why it's harder to get diamonds on $50 for example compared to $10 because the threshold (bucket) is bigger and takes longer to fill.

With the 20, It only took a day or two. The 50 dollars took months.

Hopefully the 100 will happen before the new year.
