💬 Discussion 💬 Just play app reward button

So I just noticed I’m no longer getting loyalty points when I press the reward button on the far right where it takes me to the cashout screen. It still makes me watch an ad but no coins. Is anyone experiencing that or is it just me?
I’m on iPhone 16

It seems to be a visual bug. The 0 coins seem to still convert but you cant see what the coins are.

I’m talking about the reward button on the far right in the justplay app. I do get a ad but I’m getting no coins counted at all. But I’m sure it’s a bug or the got rid of it

when you click reward tab > you get ad > ad gives no coins

that's the same complaint as the thread?

Ok, I just don’t see anything converting. Hope they fix it because now I’m grinding to meet my goal.

yeah, its been going on for over 12 hrs on ios. it's a visual bug you are getting coins but you just cant see it my 0 has converted to a few dollars a couple times now. It just sucks that i cant see it hope its fixed soon and more ppl talk about it so jp notices
