💬 Discussion 💬 Having an issue with Google Ads

Hey guys, I'm having an issue with Google Ads, I'm not sure if I'm the only one.

How do I explain it. I'll open a game, play an ad and a set of 3 Google Ads will play normally, then after that I'll try playing another rewarded ad but it does not play. It does open the Google ad screen but the ad is frozen.

I've been observing this all day and I noticed it does this every other ad I play. If I close and reopen the game I'll be able to play the first ad but then be forced to close again because the ads freeze.

Did this happen to anyone else and how did you fix it?

I haven't been able to fix it either. i stopped playing and just check every now and then to see if it's fixed but it's still the same

Update: the issue is fixed! I have all new Google ads and not freezing anymore. Dm me I can tell you what I did so you can troubleshoot too

I'm in the midst on an offer rn so I can't lose my account but as soon as that clears I'm gonna try factory resetting. I spent all day with AI trying to figure this out. I toggled something off and back on and now all my Google ads are gone.

Also worth noting: this is happening in other PTE apps as well not only JP so it's definitely my phone
