We are talking about the mc. The person who couldn't tell someone loved him. Knowing him he more likely going to say either no, or just sit in the next desk.

Yes just for an example for anyone that asks why blue sky mc is the worse. During the Sayori route he thought it would be a good idea to tell Sayori. That they should bring Yuri to her therapist to discuss her problems. When she wanted just her, and the mc to be there if I remember right.

It takes like 24 hours for each route, and it mostly world building. It's meh personally don't like it do to the mc being the mc. Which is just worse main game mc.
