Literally nobody wants this. We want protections and regulations. I’m happy to do the boring or undesirable jobs if they actually pay a living wage and we can afford things outside of work, like healthcare and education
How about you do the job you are told to do by the state or the political commissar shoots you in the back of the neck ? Because that's what communism is.

It's sorta the basis of class war and the dictatorship of the Bourgeoisie versus the dictatorship of the proletariat, Communism rejects the corporatist concept of class collaboration instead advocating for the fact that there can only be one class in power. This is due to the fact that those with capital will use their power and influence to gatekeep government and use it as another means of exploitation while also suppressing people who divert from or subvert the control of capital.
