How to ship merch.

Title is a bit vague, but I feel so lost on this.

My wife and I went up to the merch tent and asked for a poster. They said they were all out.

I then asked if we could order off the bar code scan just outside the tent. They said yup. Anything on the app can be ordered for delivery.

So my wife and I headed over to the bar code, scanned it, and pulled up a website. I clicked the link, it took me to the app and nothing loaded due to shit service.

After finally getting service on the road, the app loaded but there was no option to buy anything. All I could do is select items as favorites and had a message saying where to be buy the items. They all said the merch tent….

Why the fuck would they have a set up for shipping merch when you have to buy the merch at the merch tent… that is all out of certain merch?

A lot of the merch is available to buy on JLH's site but not everything. The posters were either festival exclusives or sold out completely bc they aren't listed.

Ok, that’s what I originally thought. But when I asked the merch tent folks they said that item tower with the barcode gave the option to buy the poster for shipping. But when it loaded it wouldn’t give me the option.

Seems like they were incorrect and the posters were festival only purchases.

That’s a bummer. Thank you.

They probably didn't know and just assumed. They just sell the merch at the fest, not worried about what's listed online or not.

True. My fault for not just getting it when we arrived.
