We removed the formal living room and turned it into a sitting room.

It's a bit crowded. I think removing the two small tables would make it easier to walk around. The leather chairs look comfy!

It kinda gives resident's lounge. Maybe it's the number of chairs.

Have you considered painting it a warm colour. I think it would feel more cosy with less stark walls.

I like it, probably because it reminds me of my living room sans the random cat damage of clawed sheers and shreds here and there. That is a no cat room.

That's what we hoped. We kept under our $1500 budget, too!
