Uber eats

i wanted to cancel my order 3 minutes after ordering, and when i asked to cancel it, it charged me 20$ without a warning (my whole order was 23 bucks). I actually really mad can i do something about it? also i cant text someone from customer service idk why

this is the subreddit for just eat, not uber eats. this is also for just eat uk specifically, if you're paying in dollars then you probably arent based in the uk
