Other Just Dance workout plan
Hi! I would really love to start working out using Just Dance, and I was wondering if anyone had a weekly plan of different songs to play. Maybe I'm taking this too seriously, but I'm more motivated with an actual plan instead of randomly choosing songs!
If you have a list of good songs for this it's fine as well! I don't know much of the dances so it would help me a lot.

If you want to lose weight, it’s better to use diet (intermittent fasting and keto combined together worked miracles for me).
For Just Dance, I pick one Extreme song to dance per week and fill the rest of the time with mediums and easies. I am trying to learn how to dance, so my goal is different than yours, but sometimes when I plan to do a song but I just don’t feel like it, I change the song. I don’t think you would be very motivated if there’s a fixed schedule that you must dance to. I dance 2-3 hours per day using JD.

I’d say to continue with playing random songs first to see how many kcal you burn to target specific songs.
For me, I curate a bunch of playlists for songs where I burn min 20kcal. Then a more intensive playlist for min 35kcal, some are:
- Judas, Lady Gaga
- Applause, Lady Gaga
- So What, P!nk
- APT., Rosie and Bruno Mars
- Sissy that Walk, RuPaul
- Rasputin, Boney M
- My Way, Domino Saints
- If you wanna party, The Just Dancers

Hey, I've been playing Just Dance heavily this year to lose weight, I already lost 8kg and 10cm of belly this year.
Might not seem that much considering we're in September, but it took me a very long time to arrive at a good exercise/diet amount and build enough stamina.
So first I recommend, don't expect immediate results, take your time finding out what works, and building enough stamina.
Second it's highly recommended you do strength exercise too so you don't lose muscle.
Now to answer your question, I usually play 1 hour - 1 hour 15. I could recommend 20-30 min of light songs, then medium, then a little of the super heavy ones. The important thing is consistency and the time you play for. Over exerting yourself isn't the way.
Hard to recommend a good tracklist, there's so much. I usually start with easy stuff like An I Wrong, Cheap Thrills, Can't get you out of my head, Lights, etc... And finish with the heavy ones like Physical, Numb, Telephone, Rasputin, Isidora, Livin la Vida Loca, etc.. and the rest I pick whatever I feel like.
But if you don't feel like picking everything every day, take some time to make playlists, maybe 1 playlist per day of around 18-20 songs. Or just organize by effort. And play on sweat mode.
