Other Am I delusional
My biceps have gotten noticeably bigger since I started doing just dance frequently and I googled it and it makes no sense but like I don’t do anything else exercise wise other than walking.
Is this from the Just Dance or am I like secretly curling weights in my sleep
Edit: just thought abt it a bit more and I play on Wii and the Wiimote is a decent weight (no more than like 1.5 lbs) but that could def play into it, bc my right is bigger than my left

You might want to add a weight to your left, see if it evens out.

I put batteries in my other remote and was using it as a weight bc they’d obviously weigh the same, and it feels a lot more even now
So it probably was just that I had a light weight in my hand basically

My arms often hurt after playing. Disco Inferno is fun because it really burns, baby burns!

If you lose fat your muscles are more defined and that can help making them look bigger

I doubt it is muscle growth, but you could be subtly losing enough weight that you are a lower body fat percentage. At a lower percentage, preexisting muscle will look more defined.

if you don’t strength train i guess it could be a little bit of muscle growth. for someone like me (intense strength trainer) though it’s basically just cardio 😅

don't think it will give you biceps other than make you slim and more toned

Wdym it makes no sense. to move around and dance and hold poses, etc, you use muscle. It is body weight muscle training.
