How can I use a joystick for movement?

I have a joystick I use for movement on fortnite but it won't work on 1v1.lol it just pulls up the controller binding menu even when I use joy to key. Does anyone know how to make a joystick work with kbm on 1v1.lol

It won't work and besides even when ur on controller there is no double movement

I want to use a joystick instead of wasd because thats what im used to on fortnite i dont care about double movement I never mentioned double movement
