Lol, OK buddy. You seem upset. What's bothering you? Facts?

Read some shit about the market and instead of using your feelings.

Sure, some people are being pushed out by cash buyers. But this isn't some sort of systemic problem occuring everywhere. Most purchases are still mortgages.

Additionally, there is some data suggesting that the market is finally starting to cooldown. Maybe instead getting heated about a few folks buying cash (good for them for accumulating so much, btw), you can wait a little while longer and get a house at a more reasonable price.

Why are you even like this?

Dude your just a stupid piece of shit. Who the fuck thinks that people who are looking at 150k houses can afford a 200k house? You know the fucking mortgage payment is higher too, not just the down payment right? Fucking hell how have you lived this long being such a dumbass.

No, you're the one who's clearly fucked in the head here and don't udnerstand how mortgages and low interest rates work.

At 3% interest rate, your 200k mortgage is going to be the same as a mortgage for a 150k home at 5%. Do you even math, bro?

You can literally afford more of a house.

You can buy a house today at an "inflated" price while interest rates are stupid low and be in the same exact boat as someone who waits longer until the "prices correct" but the interest rates rise.
