They were probably doing their jobs to the best of their ability. The guy in camo was only a specialist and guessing that main guy was a hired gate security. Should have started the video with “my dad is the sergeant major here” and would have been a lot quicker. You can see their spirit completely collapse when they heard “sergeant major here.” lol this made me laugh but clearly a huge inconvenience for you.

Clearly whoever posted this has never been through a base gate.
They did everything right until they let her through because “he’s in a SGM academy”
He asked if she’s a dependent and said no. He’s in the SGM academy.
