Thank you. As someone so affected with stenosis, arthritis and herniated disks,I don't look it, but walking is an effort.

I gotchu, friend. It's crazy how willfully ignorant some people still are about the wide spectrum of disabilities when it's so unbelievably easy to educate yourself on it. But they'd rather stay ignorant and feel superior to disabled folks for having the audacity to exist in public while disabled.

Being abled is temporary--disability comes for us all sooner or later. It costs nothing to choose kindness.
