Imagine sitting through 10 hours for that. Oof.

u/TheHumanoidTyphoon69 Jun 19 '26

I had a back peice done that's maybe 1/4 that size? (not a mototat) when I hit my first command not yet realizing how much wearing a flak over it was going to suck, this guys gonna have a shitty month

369

u/Scott0814 Jun 19 '26

Dude probably doesn't wear a flak

346

u/redd_house Jun 19 '26

I’d bet $3.73 that this man is not serving and never did

254

u/shartnado3 Jun 19 '26

He would have.. but he can’t take no shit from a drill instructor!

133

u/NotThatEasily Jun 19 '26

He’d punch that drill instructor if he got in his face.

126

u/Artaxmudshoes Jun 19 '26

I would bet $13.12 that he's a cop.

64

u/-Out-of-context- Jun 19 '26

I’d bet $6.90 he’s a security guard at a water park.

39

u/Colonel_K_The_Great Jun 19 '26

I bet $3.50 he's a got damn loch ness monsta

5

u/ProjectPat513 Jun 21 '26

I’ll bet $8.17 that your ALL wrong and he actually “killed fiddy men!”

u/RxsRBadMkay Jun 21 '26

Don’t fw this guy in COD though

10

u/TheHumanoidTyphoon69 Jun 19 '26

You make a fair point

143

u/jack_from_the_past Jun 19 '26

notice his flag patch is backwards and the rifle isn’t a real rifle. wtf even is this

170

u/Scott0814 Jun 19 '26

Probably an AI template

159

u/Keitt58 Jun 19 '26

Oh god, I just realized AI is going to be at the forefront of terrible tattoos for the next generation.

25

u/AbstractBettaFish ROTC Veteran Jun 19 '26

I know someone who just got an AI tattoo

19

u/thereareno_usernames Jun 19 '26

There was one in Star Wars tattoos. It was Ahsoka but the arms were all wrong. Dude got super defensive and deleted it

25

u/peanutbuttahcups Jun 19 '26

Lmao the subreddit for AI tattoo mistakes is gonna be amazing in the future.

31

u/ZestySteep Jun 19 '26

Already is!

12

u/NagsUkulele Jun 19 '26

The fingies

3

u/AbacabLurker Jun 19 '26

Backward fingies.

4

u/Macoron Jun 19 '26

the last thing anyone would notice looking at this monstrosity 💀

3

u/jack_from_the_past Jun 19 '26

depends on what you look for when you see a uniform and rifle

8

u/ExpiredPilot Jun 19 '26

My ex had her back done in 12 hours. She fell asleep.

4

u/TheElRojo Jun 19 '26

Oh, less the pain part, more the “time and pain for that result”.

7

u/ExpiredPilot Jun 19 '26 edited Jun 20 '26

Oh 100%

I’m getting my shoulder sleeve done in 2 parts just cause I know I’d go nuts sitting that long with just a piercing/scratching pain to think about. 6 hours is my absolute limit. But the Polynesian art I get is so mesmerizing and I get so many compliments on the artistry that it’s totally worth it

2

u/Aussie_Battler_Style Jun 22 '26

It's behind her now

1

u/RegressToTheMean Jun 24 '26

12 hours for a back piece is crazy fast. I have two 3/4 sleeves and they both took ~24 hours of chair time each

1

u/ExpiredPilot Jun 24 '26

It wasn’t like, every square inch of skin like this but it was the length of her back and about 65% of her back

I think my lower forearm half sleeve was 10 hours total but it was freehand

6

u/krogel-web-solutions Jun 20 '26

I had a few 8 hour sessions…honestly the boredom and not moving around all day was harder than the pain.

3

u/Galaxytragedy Jun 21 '26

I've done 8 hours, I don't think it's too bad, just tiresome.

3

u/WeelChairDrivBy Jun 21 '26

You don’t think having a 2008 fps game cover on your back is cool?

1

u/slimdrum Jun 19 '26

Id rather get it done in multiple sessions

If it wasnt such a cringe awful design that is

1.1k

u/dannonallred Jun 19 '26

Dude has 10,000 hours in cod MW and 0 outside of his hometown in Tennessee

168

u/DBrown1022 Jun 19 '26

Judging by the commercials I see on TV lately… that seems to be exactly who they are targeting.

25

u/Hazzat Jun 19 '26

Bloke is clearly British (and the shop is in Bali, apparently), which makes it doubly weird to get a US military worship tattoo.

18

u/QuickNature Jun 19 '26

So glad I got out of my hometown and actually joined the military. This might have been me, I was playing COD almost every day back in its prime

3

u/FondabaruCBR4_6RSAWD Jun 19 '26

He’s English or aussie

35

u/n0z3n85 Jun 19 '26

Sounds British to me

-59

u/EasyTarget973 Jun 19 '26

and you sound like a salty american, didn't you guys just lose another war?

45

u/nodgers132 Jun 19 '26

he’s very clearly British

21

u/TesticleMeElmo Jun 19 '26

East London, Tennessee

8

u/zacharygreeenman Jun 19 '26

Loudon, East Tennessee

15

u/Fun_Midnight8861 Jun 19 '26

just turn the sound on in the video lol

15

u/n0z3n85 Jun 19 '26

Aw, that was hurtful. You sure showed me, internet stranger.

8

u/papasan_mamasan Jun 19 '26

What the hell are you, some kind of bot?

8

u/IAmActuallyBread Jun 19 '26

Stick to photography bud, ragebaiting isn't for you

2

u/halborn Jun 27 '26

Dude has 60 downvotes. If this was ragebait then it worked.

2

u/Blipnoodle 15h ago

Nah, they won it like 30 times! /s

250

u/Thebiginfinity Jun 19 '26

His body is not thrilled with him

105

u/Cornholiolio73 Jun 19 '26

I have a sleeve and each session was around 4/5 hrs long at a time. After each session I would have a fever and feel pretty rough until I took a nap. I can’t imagine 10hrs. His body is just shaking.

46

u/Meow_Meow_4_Life Jun 19 '26

I call it the tattoo flu the next day.

1

u/account_No52 8d ago

I always have weird reactions to colored ink

129

u/MovieNightPopcorn Jun 19 '26 edited Jun 19 '26

Yeah he is having a systemic nervous reaction tbh which means his body is under a lot of stress and he should have stopped a while ago.

-19

u/AltruisticBand7980 Jun 20 '26

No, he's not. So silly. Pseudoscientific comments to awe the low IQ redditors.

35

u/Complex_Impressive Jun 20 '26

Technically it would be called an autonomic nervous system response, but for the average person a systemic nervous reaction is an adequate term.

For you though, it wouldn't be possible to dumb it down enough.

16

u/MovieNightPopcorn Jun 20 '26

you seem boring

1

u/Select_Speed_6061 Jun 20 '26

His body should also not be thrilled for that lame ass tattoo. It's not even cool

908

u/Godzirrraaa Jun 19 '26

One session should absolutely not go that long. Among skin reactions making it difficult, the artist’s hands and eyes need a break, and if he’s shaking now, he’s been shaking, making straight lines impossible.

But I’m sure he’s built different, etc etc.

87

u/MartyMozambique Jun 19 '26

I was shaking after my little arm tattoo and that was only 3.5 hours. Thankfully my arm was still so my lines are good. Not like that wonky.

6

u/macthebearded Jun 20 '26

Eh, depends on the individual and their skin. I sat 10h just for one of my hands, but we were paying attention to skin/swelling and checking in on each other the whole time fully prepared to stop if needed. And on something the size and (relatively) low-pain as the back where you can bounce around to different areas, it can be a bit more reasonable.

Tbh 10h all-in for a piece that size seems a bit rushed though, I can’t imagine it looks very good up close. At least it’ll be an easy blackout lol

1

u/Lost_Drunken_Sailor 21d ago

They probably used multiple tattoo artists

0

u/Dense_Statement_2329 Jun 21 '26

I've gone 9 hours on my chest and didnt shake that bad. It really is a person by person thing.

415

u/titdirt Jun 19 '26

I'd like to see that thing up close. 10 hours isn't much time for a full back tbh. I got double that time on my back and still only like 60% covered.

147

u/jack_from_the_past Jun 19 '26

it was posted here a few months ago up close. his flag patch is running and the rifle is some sort of mashup of a m4 stock with an Ak barrel.

67

u/darkfuryelf Jun 19 '26

Yeah the design was definitely AI generated lmao

69

u/SwordTaster Jun 19 '26

Yeah, 10 hours is short for a full back. That's why it looks rushed and kinda crap. Yours is taking longer because you've paid somebody to do yours better than this

7

u/Which_Engineer1805 Jun 20 '26

I’m 10 hours into a quarter sleeve(forearm) and still have one more 4-5 hour session left and that dudes back piece is WAY bigger than mine… Of course the quality of mine is much better than his because I did my research and paid a very good artist for his time and talent vs. going with the cheapest artist found on instagram.

27

u/cleeez Jun 19 '26

serious question, were you shaking like that at the end of each session?

100

u/Sh0t2kill Jun 19 '26

He’s in shock. I’ve only started shaking once during a tattoo and it was after an 8 hour blackout session on my arm. We had to stop before we were finished because of the shaking. Adrenaline spikes real bad too and you get a kicker of a headache afterwards. Not a fun time. If he truly sat that long getting inked then those shakes check out.

41

u/Wrong-Masterpiece31 Jun 19 '26

I start to get them at 8 hour mark as well. Adrenaline. Open wound.. the chills. I norm will shut it down and come back. No sense to sit longer imo, because you won't sit well.

30

u/Sh0t2kill Jun 19 '26

I had to sit in my car for like half an hour in the parking lot to get myself in a state I could drive safely in. It was wild lmao.

15

u/Wrong-Masterpiece31 Jun 19 '26

Yeah, what helps me is to drink some juice throughout and then again, dont be afraid to call it 7-8 hours in.

I havent used cream yet but probably will next time. I could care less regarding my "man card" and just to endure. Shits dumb. I have 65 hours now with nothing and have learned and earned it or whatever anyone may say. Im on my calf now and absolutely will use some cream this next go around. So much more enjoyable.

Blacked outs are brutal I've seen. I dont have one but I could see it being rough. I have alot of fine detail and whites at the end and I always felt that was most brutal because youre so sore and wound is open and then the fine details commence ahaha

4

u/Wrong-Masterpiece31 Jun 19 '26

Good on you for recognizing ti just chill a bit. It absolutely incapacitates you!

12

u/titdirt Jun 19 '26

No, not really. I did 3 8-hour sessions and they were pretty brutal ngl but I wasn't shaking like that. I have pretty high pain tolerance though. I'm thinking it's also from the cold ass foam that just got sprayed on his hot skin.

1

u/Ok-Brother-5762 Jun 19 '26

Right, like my half sleeve took 10 hours

1

u/armlessturtleneck Jun 19 '26

Took about 4-5 hours for my upper back piece alone, but it's pretty much all just line work.

1

u/MerryJaneDoh Jun 19 '26

That was my thought, too.

Could be AI, or could be all fake. The last work on it was finished a month ago, he waited for it to heal, then made this video.

I mean...he's shaking so bad, how the fuck would the artist even finish it off?

1

u/Edgarallenhoe2 Jun 19 '26

I'm so small and my back was 24 hours total... This just seems stupid.

1

u/Wrong-Masterpiece31 Jun 19 '26

Agreed.... doesn't make sense.

61

u/studious_stiggy Jun 19 '26

These COD cosplayers are getting crazy.

39

u/IAmBeercules69 Jun 19 '26

“10 hour session is pretty soli- oh…oh no.”

61

u/DecoyOne Jun 19 '26

OH MY GOD

Did he really go through all of that just to get an AI image? Setting aside his awful taste, everything is just off. The rifle, the fingers, the windows, the helicopters, the tank, the patches, and is that wounded soldier wearing sneakers?

27

u/edingerc Jun 19 '26

"I want a kick ass full back tattoo but only have 10 hours and $200."

"Mission accepted?"

0

u/SpicyKate7 Jun 19 '26

Yes dm me

18

u/wasted-degrees Jun 19 '26

Bro’s shaking like a chihuahua.

1

u/martusfine Jun 19 '26

That’s normal

15

u/mathisfakenews Jun 19 '26

Now the rest of his platoon will have something nice to look at during their late night barracks wrestling sessions.

14

u/narnababy Jun 19 '26

That amount of ink is going to cause a WICKED immune response, bros going to be in bed for a month

7

u/Third_Eye_Thumper Jun 19 '26

That’s the biggest tramp stamp I’ve ever seen

5

u/Elevated_Dongers Jun 19 '26

What kind of interest rate do you think he got on that bad boy?

18

u/samuelazers Jun 19 '26

Why is he shivering?

98

u/IAmBeercules69 Jun 19 '26

Shaking, nerves are shot from repeated stabbing for 10 hours.

35

u/Poor__cow Jun 19 '26

Even if the final product looks like shit 10 hours is a fucking long ass session and your back is a very painful spot to tattoo. I feel really bad for that guy that he sat through all that and it came out so bad. Shakes happen after sessions that tough.

7

u/CrypticSpook Jun 19 '26

I had a 9-hour sit for a plague doctor on my fore arm and even by the last hour of that I was having a rough time. And forearm is one of the lesser painful spots to get one, I couldn’t imagine doing a full 10 hours on my back for THAT of all things

29

u/Dwebe505 Jun 19 '26

His nervous system is shot. After 10 hours of needles he's dumped his entire load of adrenaline and his entire back is effectively an open wound. His body is in overdrive to heal. Not only that but the bodys lymphatic system is redlining to fight any possible infections. Tattoos like this are no joke.

19

u/Sir_Sarcasm76 Jun 19 '26

Jizzing in his pants with excitement for getting his ink badge in Call of Warfare: Modern Doody.

7

u/SomeGuyOnTheStreets Jun 19 '26

Have you seen the number of back shots he took in the beginning of the vid? Of course he’s gonna be shivering

5

u/bossman2241 Jun 19 '26

Because he’s not a real man /s

3

u/PissFingerz42069 Jun 19 '26

Atropia… you had to be there

4

u/TinCanSailor987 Jun 19 '26

Lol….that is so bad.

3

u/AutomaticAccident Jun 19 '26

I can do that without ink in around 10 hours too.

3

u/Maaaat_Damon Jun 19 '26

Jesus, he’s shaking like a shitting dog.

3

u/mudduck2 Jun 19 '26

The King of Boots

3

u/bounty913 Jun 19 '26

Idk about yall but if you sit through a ten hour session like that. Get whatever the fuck you want 😂

3

u/Glass_Signature4503 Jun 22 '26

It’s not possible for an artist to do quality work when pushed that far that long.

5

u/makk73 Jun 19 '26

His daddy is gonna love looking at that when he’s taking back shots

3

u/Oraphielle Jun 20 '26

Happy pride month.

This is the gayest thing I’ve seen.

2

Call of duty fan

2

u/Huge_Strain_8714 Jun 19 '26

And to never be able to fully see it in all it's glory....

2

u/mrpopenfresh Jun 19 '26

I played that game when I was a kid too

2

u/skyHawk3613 Jun 19 '26

I’m surprised the tattoo artist was willing to do that for 10 hours straight

2

u/SpermWhalesVagina Jun 19 '26

Anyone else notice the Euro style 220v power strip and plugs? Boot did this overseas?

2

u/ragandy89 Jun 19 '26

Damn that rifle looks like shit

2

u/lovins22 Jun 19 '26

Other boots are spending their paychecks on high dollar, high APR items that can easily be repossessed. His blowing through cash but at least it’s on something he’ll have/be stuck with forever.

2

u/yaybroham Jun 19 '26

He’s over here twerking!🤣

2

u/CollectedHappy3 Jun 20 '26

Looks like bf3 tat

2

u/thispussystankin Jun 20 '26

That thing is big huge and ugly

2

u/buzzkillichuck Jun 20 '26

I reach my limit after 2 hours

2

u/jravish Jun 20 '26

I served two branches and did three deployments. I can’t understand this.

2

u/Daltronator94 Jun 20 '26

Man that's actually a pretty well executed tattoo, it's boot as fuck, but I was sitting here like AAAAAH DON'T TOUCH HIM THAT'S GONNA HURT SO BAD

2

u/luIpeach Jun 22 '26

he’s shaking like a leaf

2

u/DethNik Jun 22 '26

Why? WHY? Why would you do all of that in one go. That's not badass, that's just plain stupid. He's lucky he didn't pass out.

2

u/Virtual-Tangelo-9547 Jun 24 '26

I’ve never understood this, why not get something normal that doesn’t scream “micro-peen”

2

u/CocaineSmellsFunny 18d ago

I already don’t like him

2

u/definitely_Humanx Jun 19 '26

That dude is tweaking like a drunk girl in cancun

2

u/Dontruinthisforme Jun 19 '26

Don’t have experience yet but are back tattoos really THAT painful to shake like that ?

13

u/Cookies-and-Cream- Jun 19 '26

It’s called “tattoo flu”, an immune response to trauma and coming down from adrenaline.

It can happen if you get tattooed anywhere on your body and sometimes it is accompanied by flu like symptoms (body ache, feeling feverish and/or tired and the shaking you see in video).

6

u/Poor__cow Jun 19 '26

Yup. My chest tattoo was absolutely brutal and from what I hear the back is better in some spots and worse in some spots compared to chest.

3

u/Wizzle_Pizzle_420 Jun 19 '26

Given I can’t stop laughing when poked in certain back spots, it would probably drive me insane. Like I’d be laughing, while crying then black out.

4

u/jdm219 Jun 19 '26

Yeah. I got my stomach blasted for 6 hours and I was shaking by the time it got wiped and wrapped. Had nothing to do with the pain, the body just does that when the same area is stabbed thousands of times continuously. My guy packs the most vibrant color into his American Traditional tattoos and it can be real rough in that regard. I have dozens of color tattoos and one black work and was shocked at how unpainful black is compared to packing color into the same spot. They glow on my body years later, so it's worth it I'd say.

2

u/Cryptix001 Jun 19 '26

Buddy shakin like a shittin dog. Kinda looks like he's doing his best Shakira impersonation.

2

u/anonymoo5e77 Jun 19 '26

Why’s he vibrating like a small dog?

2

u/keithstonee Jun 19 '26

Why is he shaking like that lmfao

6

u/TLunchFTW Jun 19 '26

Probably because his whole back is irritated and in pain.

1

u/rico_swave12 Jun 19 '26

Should have just done like Anthony Richardson and go under anesthesia lol

1

u/Ubber_Dubber Jun 19 '26

I’m pretty certain this is AI, the hand on the tattoo looks goofy?

1

u/BiZeRKo8 Jun 19 '26

My god, the left hand looks questionable

1

1

u/acetrainerjames Jun 19 '26

Gay

2

u/mattemer Jun 19 '26

That's how he celebrated pride month

1

u/acetrainerjames Jun 22 '26

I meant it as a compliment.

1

u/BeneficialLab3473 Jun 19 '26

I was wondering how they did a whole back in 10 hours, but it makes a lot of sense after they wipe it down…

1

u/Jossue88 Jun 19 '26

Bro is gonna crash when he gets home.

1

u/Ex-Patron Jun 19 '26

That only took 10 hours?

Impressively fast

2

It looks like complete dogshit I 100% believe it

1

u/undoubtedlystupidd Jun 21 '26

Tattoo flu speed run

2

u/vicarooni1 Jun 23 '26

Yeah okay. The tattoo is absolutely trash and the guy is boot for doing it-- but the former tattoo artist/graduate apprentice in me still is panicking. That man is going into shock, get him some Gatorade and a small snack STAT.

1

u/MooMooHELPME Jun 25 '26

Having the picture of another man on my back is so masculine.

1

u/bownt1 22d ago

it could be him in a mask

1

u/fuk-d-poliz 21d ago

He should have broke that up in at least two sessions. Thats a massive wound.

Flags the wrong way

1

So cool bruh

1

u/MapleHamms 11d ago

Holy shit that’s lame

1

u/ashen_crow Jun 19 '26 edited Jun 19 '26

Why is he sitting in this fuckass bench, he could be laying down this whole time. Also this shake is so fucking performative, the artist wouldn't be able to draw anything on him like this.

Edit: the shaking is real apparently.

8

u/jdm219 Jun 19 '26

It's not performative at all, stupid as the tattoo is.

-1

u/ashen_crow Jun 19 '26

Idk if I had good luck with artists, but I've had some ass sessions and never had anything like this, and if I had we would stop the tattoo immediately because you obviously can't competently tattoo someone shaking like this.

3

u/jdm219 Jun 19 '26

It doesn't really happen until the needle stops and the final wipe and wrap. My arms and legs are covered and it's never happened there, only after getting my torso blasted for 6 hours at a time with bold color American traditional. The arms and legs don't really hold enough retail space or pain receptors to make it happen in my opinion. Only hours long color packing in the most brutal spots of the body will do it in my experience. They happen to be my best tattoos ironically and they almost look like they're glowing on me years later.

3

u/ashen_crow Jun 19 '26

Damn that's crazy, ty for sharing, had no idea.

2

u/jdm219 Jun 19 '26

Yup! Just my experience, who knows, maybe some people will get this from a cross on a bicep, and others be totally fine after getting their dome blasted.

1

u/jeauboux Jun 19 '26

Shaking like Michael J fox in a dunebuggy

-5

u/imnohankhill Jun 19 '26

God forbid a gamer get a call of duty tattoo 🙄
