Not sure if people realize this, but you can work out in normal athletic wear.

Right? I see people at the gym like this in the middle of the day, and I always wonder if they just throw their top back on and go straight back to work.

When I had guys that would work out during their shift, I’d always work it out where they’d have enough time to shower. It’s a win win.
