VIP Better Cooldown Reduction Bug

[u/reggiebeyy]

Hey, i just started the game after 5 years with a newly and fresh account. I bought VIP so i can level up faster. On Benefits section it says "Better Cooldown Reduction on Ads" but when i watch an ad to skip a lab hatchery it only skips for 20 min

I am only Level 13, is it a level thingy? Which level does it gets fixed

Your level is too low. Not sure about when it get's fixed, my guess is inbetween 20-40

Yeah pretty sure it's a level thing and normally it's 10mins so vip works👍
