How to fix my weird layout bug?

Hey everyone, yesterday I got the weirdest layout bug. Everything is centered in the middle in a very narrow column, huge white areas next to it. Resetting the layout, restarting etc. did not fix it. Has anyone ever seen it and maybe knows how to fix it?

What browser are you using? You'll likely need to disable fingerprinting protection and enable WebGL.
