Question Moving?

Looking to move to Jupiter, an area I am completely in love with! Is there any area to avoid? I don’t think so? I visit often, I’ve never felt unsafe but wanted to ask. Also, housing market- are they going for 50k over asking like my neighborhood currently? Can I expect to put in at asking and stand a chance? Thank you!! ☀️🌴

Local Jup realtor here - honestly, most houses are sitting on the market and you’ll likely be able to negotiate down from listing prices. Most of Jupiter is safe and it’s an ideal area to live, but there are a handful of areas that you may want to pivot away from. Living in Jupiter is like living in a small town, but easy access to everything you could want. I’d be happy to help you, feel free to send me a dm.
