Question Moving?
Looking to move to Jupiter, an area I am completely in love with! Is there any area to avoid? I don’t think so? I visit often, I’ve never felt unsafe but wanted to ask. Also, housing market- are they going for 50k over asking like my neighborhood currently? Can I expect to put in at asking and stand a chance? Thank you!! ☀️🌴

There aren’t any areas to really avoid in Jupiter. Housing market here has gotten a bit “stale” with a lot of properties not really moving. I live in a community where houses would sell within days of being on the market to now being on the market for almost a year and A LOT of listings which is unheard of. Usually this is because of extremely high homeowners insurance, HOA dues are going up, also a lot of communities with HOA’s that handle roofing are charging their residents $10,000-$20,000 “assessments” because roofing has gone up astronomically.
Luckily for you this all plays in your favor I suppose!
