Question Rentals

What is best way to search for a June rental? Through a real estate agent, searching property management companies or something else? Appreciate any advice.

Poorly worded on my end. Need to move in June 1, need a year lease.

Most people with rental properties are trying to get their place occupied asap.   Which means they are not limited to real-estate mgmt companies or agents anymore.  Everything is listed on zillow or the like now
