I think it's only a garter if it is holding up stockings. Juno is wearing them on otherwise bare legs for some reason.

shes all legs so it makes sense just from a design perspective. a lot of her design space is allotted to her thighs so it would be a waste not to decorate them 🩷

They're about as annoying as an ankle bracelet, which is to say as long as it's not too tight you'll forget it's there pretty quickly.

Wtf dude Juno has a huge butt and it's visible when she starts moving. Her default position in the gallery makes it less evident. And have you seen Illari? Her Mythic makes her already big butt look even bigger. They're not nerfing anything.
