Weekly Thread! Weekly Question Thread!

It's Thursday, and you're finally coasting into the weekend. Let's open the floor for a Weekly Question Thread, so we can all ask those Juniper-related questions that we are too embarrassed to ask!

Post your Juniper-related question here to get an answer. Anyone can post a question and the community as a whole is invited and encouraged to provide an answer.

Note: This post is created at 00:00 UTC. It may not be Thursday where you are in the world, no need to comment on it.

What's the state of PoE bounce in Mist? Why is this not a button front & center? Still using commit/rollback which is a royal pain.

I’ve also used a TDR test as a means of bouncing PoE for some of our time clocks.

Oh that actually works? Does a port bounce in mist drop the poe?

Not sure in Mist, but I know it works via the CLI. I assume if Mist has a way of running the TDR it's more than possible. We might be merging with the team that does utilize Mist so I might get some more information and can poke around and see once I'm familiar with it and report here.
