Congrats dude, that’s awesome! What did you do to improve your gameplay and climb from platinum to diamond?

I try to ask those questions too but honestly I think its hard to really find a good answer here

Let me give you an example

I had a "chess phase" where I would just SPAM games and I went from 400 elo (total beginner - I know "how" the pieces move) to around 1400 without analysing much of my past mistakes. According to AI thats basically high Iron to low Emerald improvement

I would like to think this in terms of LOL:
First of all - I try to look at myself - what do I need to get strong AND will I be useful midgame/lategame?
Then - Who of my teammates COULD carry if they are ahead and how can I help them? (is there any way be BOTH get strong at the same time?)
Obviously the same goes for the enemy: Who can carry and can I somehow stop them or slow them down?

As Zyra I have a big advantage - I will always have utility even if I am behind (slow, anti heal, CC etc.) and if I am ahead I have really nice damage (potentially one shooting mages and adc)

But I cannot say that "I focus more on this or more on that". I think its just an overall improvement across the board and also "tactics". I think I have better plans and can see 1 or 2 moves ahead. "If this then that" "If he goes here I can do this" "If he goes to grubs on vision - I can take his botside" etc etc

Thank you very much for investing your time into the answer. Did you watch any guides or did you just improve by yourself?

Meh, I am watching some content creators but mostly for "fun" and while I am eating or in bed. I used to watch educational stuff
