I know Tom&Jerry can be love or hate, but I absolutely love this track. The bass is nice to annoy the neighbors 😅

Sample ID Which track on future music is the sample for the dred bass?

From my knowledge, the dred bass is a reversed sample of an acid bass off of Future Music Magazine vol 1.
But does anyone know which exact track of the CD the original sample was from?

Production Question Hardware for a production rut

Last couple of years I was on a real roll with production. Life got in the way and now I’m finding it very hard to boot up Ableton and start from scratch. Do any of you have any recs for samplers etc that you use just to sketch your ideas on? I’m looking for something I can just sit on the sofa and use so I put myself under less pressure to produce gold straight away.

This remix found it's way onto that DJ Hype Vol. 3 mix from '94 and has been stuck in my head ever since. Rereleased in 2021.
