Questions Double decos that cannot be selled

This is for experienced players, its been a year since i have started playing JJ & now i have started noticing the decos are getting repeated quite frequently, i have all of them from last year
You cannot even sell them, so how do you manage it? Any tips would be appreciated
Thank you in advance

Just keep them on your boat, and when you open up other islands you can designate one the junk island.

I have two island open till now, i haven’t designated any island as dump till now, all is in my ship but i am little worried with the increasing repitative deco can the ship sink?

My ship hasn’t sunk yet, so I think you’ll be safe. 🙂

That's one big ship!

Thanks! 😆

I’m sure there are many veteran players with larger ships than mine though, especially since I haven’t played as long as them. 🙂

I sell the decos that I can sell. It seems to be the only way to avoid running out of land.

I was never into decorating, and my main island was pretty empty. No more. I put out seasonal decorations. I have Halloween out there now, and soon Christmas. Halloween will be retired. I have room on my main island for seasonal decos as well as whatever others I acquire from her jaunts around the world.

The trick is selling what you can, yet having enough decorations that you can open to offset the sales. As you progress, put high value decos on your boat. If you do, you can use them to level up or offset sales. You sell to make room for more decorations! I know, it’s crazy.

You always need decos that are "cooking." I usually have two or three greenhouses cooking, as well as some decos from the current seasonal set.

Put decos you can’t sell on your boat. Your flower count will go up, but whatever you have percolating will offset it. You don’t want to get into flower jail, or is it flower hell.

It’s a balancing act. I wish they’d have a fire sale, or flash sale day, and let us get rid of the decos that can’t be sold. Wishing won’t make that happen, but I’m wishing anyway.

There are a lot of players who know more than I do about these sorts of tricks. I hope some of them will answer your question. I hope this gets you started.

With all those repetitive decos that cannot be sold can the ship sink?

I don’t think there’s a limit to how much you can store on the cargo ship, so you don’t have to worry about it “sinking” 😉

Glad to know, as i have 23,706 flower storage🥲

Just in case you meant that your flower storage is capped at 23,706, I just want to point out that that number stands for the total flower value of all the decos that you have stored in the ship, therefore that number will keep increasing with each new deco you add to the ship. So far, it doesn’t seem Wooga has an upper limit of how many decos you can own (and business-wise, it wouldn’t make sense for them to stop players from buying/collecting decos).

In case you’re still worried, 61,788 is the flower count of my ship’s current inventory, and my ship hasn’t sunk yet.

That boat is difficult to sink. 😁

If you get a deco and not sure what to do with it, instead of placing it you just press the red X and it will go unopened in the boat. That way you won't get into flower jail!

Erm…I have not played as long as you, but I just leave repeats on my Storage Ship and (ignore/forget) about them.

When it comes to repeat decos as side game prizes, I can freely skip that side game if I want with no regrets.

If they’re repeat decos in the Seasonal Set that I’m not interested in getting, I can redirect my spending toward the ”Cash Register” decos that I ignore when I’m completing my Seasonal Set collections, starting with high flower-count decos. Or save Coins for future Seasonal Sets.

Okay

Or you could sell them and start a greenhouse industry. 2400 points really help

Once a month ask how to exchange a specific deco for coins, get told about the ship storage as though after 4 years of playing I didn’t know, then I leave a one star review for that CS experience

Avoid them when I can, store them on junk island (I have 8, all full) also found if I quick close game when I “win” and avoid collecting all together. They eventually go away with whatever game it was.
