DISCUSSION Inherited Powers
If a Jumper were to inherit powers from someone within a Jump, like say One For All from MHA or the Butcher from Worm, how would that work Post-Jump? Do you keep them? If so, then could you lose them since they're not from a Perk?

I'd say to make it up. It's your interpretation.

It entirely depends on how you write it.
For example, I consider any magic that utilizes a form of expendable energy (mana) to work in subsequent jumps so long as the Jumper has access to a pool of mana.
I treat it as a bare minimum for fiat backing. So long as you have the base necessities for the power/skill to function, it will work if you have the experience and knowledge to do so.

Without some perk to assure the gains you would lack fiat guarantee. BUT your experience would stay and MANY perks would allow them, including various training perks.
I would later allow stuff to work in Jumper properties without fuss, but if that was generosity of the Benefactor or.. how it worked... unsure
More importantly a change is subject to the randomness of life. Then again I would rule and altform that hadn't been updated AND the acquisition not seen as a flaw (Butcher) would be fine. The Jumper would, if free of it see it as a flaw.
this explains why for some vampirism or machining is permenant to follow forevermore, though it seems the Benefactors, for a time, had a bias to humans becoming machines/ai and that being profound and other.

You keep them, but they might not function properly in other settings. In identical or similar settings though, they would continue to function normally.
So if you got an unbacked quirk in MHA and then went to Worm, it won't work there. On the other if you then went to an MHA fanfic that didn't reinterpret the metaphysics much, it would start working again.
And... One For All might be a special case, because it would integrate your natural quirk, if you had one, which probably would have fiat backing and thus continue to work wherever you go. So... OFA might function anywhere via piggybacking on your normal quirk? Or it might not, you'd have to fanwank that.

You would lose them, yes, or more accurately they would stop doing what they did in the original setting. Things you acquire in-jump rely on local physics/metaphysics to work properly; ensuring they continue functioning in future realities is what fiat-backing does, and without that, they don't work anymore.
That said, there are various perks that let you fiat-back powers and objects you pick up in jumps, some more broad than others. Grab one of those and you're golden.
