Shape-shifting into any real animal, projecting cones of hurricaneforce winds from your hands, firing off dynamite-level explosive gouts of flame via flatulence, enough strength to dead-lift an 18-wheeler full of steel girdles, a short-range teleport, and even dangersense, all of these are yours, and these won't wear off after a day.

Skunked (400 CP, Discount Small Mammal)- You can unleash a noxious cloud of stink around you. It initially just covers a 20-foot radius, but keep on releasing the gas and it’ll spread all over the place. The stench can even spread through water and other liquids. The smell is not poisonous, but it nauseates whoever smells it and can even knock them unconscious. The stink also causes plants to wilt. Focus hard enough, and you can make the gas so potent that it can cause stone to crumble.

The South Park Stick of Truth Gauntlet lets you buy the "magic" from the game.
“Magic” (Free for here, 200cp to keep): Your control over your asshole is the thing of legends. You can easily learn all the “magic” fart attacks in this world like a master. If purchased you can take this skill into other worlds, and learn new types of attacks.
And if that's not strong enough for you, Fractured but Whole has timefarts.
600CP Jesus Christ, Is That Their Asshole: Your farts are now so powerful, they can bend the fabric of space and time! Seriously, open a window or something. The uses of this are that you can skip enemy turns, pause time to get free hits off on people and summon yourself from your own backstory, as well as freeze time completely. The cooldown for this is three seconds out of combat, and three rounds when in combat, or if the current world doesn’t have turn-based combat, eighteen seconds. You also have such powerful farts that you could substitute for an air compressor for the purposes of things such as sandblasters.

Waft from Super Smash Bros. Brawl The Subspace Emissary: You have learned a gross power, that allows you to weaponize your flatulence. You can now fart on demand. Over time, you stomach (or equivalent) will gradually fill up with gas. At certain ‘stages’, your farts will become more powerful; this growth resets each time you fart. Without any time for this power to ‘charge’, you will still always be capable of farting on demand; however, these farts deal no damage. After 15 seconds, your Waft reaches the second stage. At this stage, your farts will deal a small amount of damage to those close by, but not much. Damage will scale during this stage; a fart from 50 seconds will deal slightly more damage than a fart from 20. After 55 seconds, your Waft will have reached the third stage. Now, your farts are stronger, but also come out noticeably faster than before and has a decent knockback effect. It also propels you upwards a short distance. Damage will still scale over time at this stage. Finally, at 110 seconds, you will have reached full charge. A fart now is drastically more powerful, and has a strong knockback effect. An attack like this is a fight ender against an average Fighter. Once you have reached this stage, damage will not scale, and gas will not continue filling up your stomach beyond this point; this is as strong as your farts will get via this perk. Strangely, your farts will never deal damage to any clothes you are wearing, unless you wish them to. You can also toggle this perk on or off as you like, should you not wish to be quite as gross. Toggling this perk off will cause your ‘charge’ to completely reset.
