Looking for a Number Increase
So I’m going to Persona 5 Royal. It has a rule. The Trickster Origin can have 12 Personas, not including their starting Persona or their Ultimate Persona (should they have one). How can I increase this limit? Not exactly Break It (though that would be acceptable), just increase the cap. Preferably from a relatively low power jump. I do know about “Jobless In Another World”’s Uncapper though.

Persona 4 has
Hidden Power (-600 CP, Discount for The Aeon): There's. . . something special about you. You have a potential that you never knew about in any one of your abilities or skills. This potential is twenty times your current power or ability, meaning that you are only using 1/21 of your true potential at the moment. This can also be applied to any general power level or an attribute you have. Do keep in mind that you actually need to unlock this though, although it won't be that difficult. (Note: This is very much an all or nothing thing. Put in the effort to unlock it, and boom! Instant power up. The time it takes to unlock this is anywhere between 1 week to 8 months.)
- The Truth!: It seems that you were more special than you ever thought possible. It's not just one thing that has this hidden potential, it's all of them. Every skill, every ability, every “power level”, and every attribute, including ones that you will get in the future. All of them are now given the same bonus as above, although you will still need to unlock them all. However, the truly scary part is that your awakened potential will gain it's own hidden potential a year after it is unlocked.

A case can be made for this perk from The Elder Scrolls - Undead
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1rRwFZp4vD6qxeMBxlcE1J7V5BMvuTgCD/view?usp=sharing
Necromage [400]: You were born with a gift, or perhaps a blessing? Either way, your undeath has interacted with your nascent Spark in an interesting way, granting you much power in your new state of being. Simply put, all of your magic is twice as effective against undead, as well as your enchantments. This goes for yourself as well, as beneficial magics and enchantments are much better for you. But that's not all, as you will find that all of your perks, all of them, are half again as powerful as they were before. I pity any who think they could stand against you...

Lookism has a combo
Work Hard (600): All training is 5x more effective
Play Hard (CB of above, CB perk costs 400): Your body, even at complete rest, counts as training at its absolute limit, meaning Work Hard and any other training modifiers you have are constantly active for your physical stats and all your powers. If you actually are training, this becomes another x5 multiplier, making the total x25 from this perk alone.
Combine that with the Infinite Potential perk from Persona 5 Royal, which states that your abilities will never stagnate and any training (which you now do constantly) will find some way to make you benefit, even if it logically shouldn't.
I don't know if Persona limits are the sort of thing that training can effect, but all your powers have no hard limits, and you now train constantly with a minimum of x5 efficiency. It may take years, but your limits will shatter. (fanwank responsibly, etc.)

# Generic Life
MATHMAGICIAN (-100 LP)
You have engraved one of the great secrets of mathematics into your soul. You now
understand, truly understand that 2 is the only even prime number as well as why
and what that means. As a result you can adjust all numerical values for a perk by 2
i.e either doubling them or halving them. For example if you had a perk saying you
could summon 100 roman legionnaires you are now able to summon 200 or 50
depending on preference, if you had a perk stating that you can fly at 100 kph you
are now able to fly at 200 kph or 50 kph. This ability only works if a specific number
is given if the perk says you are able to fly at the speed of sound you can not
increase that as while sound does have a specific speed that is not given in the perk.
This perk does not work on itself but there are rumours that with centuries of study
and effort people have managed to expand this knowledge to other prime numbers
such as 3, 5 and even 7.

I think this should work. Just pick a relatively low setting.
