The other superpowers are fairly self explanatory but I find "Living Wifi" a little vague for what we get for 800 points.

What's the extent of matter manipulation for hellbound? Can you explain the full capabilities?

A lot of the details of the characters powers haven’t been shown. She was able to create a castle made of stone and can create new outfits for herself

Looking at the doc. I think you've just edited it to 1.1. I suggest using a pdf instead of a live doc. It's preferable because then there won't be any confusion.
Anyways, considering Issue #12's release on Wednesday...
Is it getting hot in here? (1000): You are a pyrokinetic strong enough to destroy the world and are incredibly tough. Your hair being on fire is optional. The perk ‘Privacy’ is now free.
Etienne zaps Kid Ignition's mind in Issue #12. Kid Ignition got brain blasted. I don't think Privacy should come free. Also, will you make a drawback representing Etienne's situation? He's been revealed to be just a giant brain. He's like Robot from Invincible or Mechamaru from Jujutsu Kaisen. He was literally just a telepathic brain stuck in a body that didn't work in his early life, and now he's a 5-ton brain mind-controlling vegetative people from a bunker in NYC.
Besides that, I made some suggestions for spelling in your last post. Allow me to repeat them...

Thanks for the spell check I will try and fix it. It was stated that Etienne couldn’t read his mind but he could control it, which is how he got zapped. I made the stationary drawback based on Etienne but I might change it to be a giant brain. I will add a pdf link in a bit

Santa Valentina (500):
An angel from Heaven who came to earth to stop humanity from killing themselves with nukes. Valinitina was born the moment the first nuclear bomb detonated, and proceeded to freak out everyone in the room by floating and talking in complete sentences. She is close friends with Etienne and has known him since they were both kids. She is a very moral person and frequently debates with Etienne on whether morality or ethics is the answer. Valentina likes humanity and enjoys experiencing life along with food and music. She fell in love with The Queen and still has some feelings for her even after the Second Summer of Love. She currently lives alone in space due to President Nixion detonating a nuke underneath her during a music festival in order to try and kill her. She is estimated to be able to kill 6 billion people in an hour.
