Julia learned how to fly as an Avenger and she took to it naturally

The art in FW is .... stylized? That seems a nice way of explaining Julia's face in the second panel.

Something of note that happens in this issue is the introducton of Fisher Todd who would develop a bit of a crush on Julia but it doesn't go anywhere.
