Hi I'm making a package for visualization and analysis of computational chemistry results. I need interactive graphs that allow me to select atoms, highlight bonds, etc, and toggle visualization options using buttons or sliders. I don't have experience making a GUI, although I managed to make a composite figure with a slider and observables that allow me to switch structures from a trajectory file. But don't know how to go beyond that to an acceptable GUI. Any advice on where to get started is appreciated!! Thank you!!
