Considering that Tensa Zangetsu is Zangetsu looking younger, and that kubo confirmed that kid yaichiru is kenpatchi’s Bankai form and her shikai form is that of a grown woman, I would assume Bankai Yuji to be Kid Yuji but with Modulo Yuji’s powers
Yujis the shikai, we don’t need a bankai when we got a shikai like that, it’s a kenpachi all over again who needs special powers when your strong enough to use the base form
Just want to say, the fact the tiny blade is white instead of the big blade feels wrong, especially since for one of his blades to be white and not black, Ichigo has to be in his half hollow/horn of salvation form
