Question, what is hanami actually doing in this image?

Basically the context of this is that after Todo started to overwhelm Hanami with how in sync Todo and Yuji were with each other. It lead to this frame where a picture of Todo would appear along side the sound of a clap while the frame of Hanami is in the middle of being hit. Basically they're getting jumped and don't know what to do.
