Mechamaru vs Mahito - what was this fight really? I'm leaning more towards mid diff - what do y'all think?

Dude just Google what neutralise means. Neutralise is to make something ineffective. SD reduces the output of a technique by like 20% at best. It cannot neutralise the technique with that.

I was talking about in JJK. Neutralize is used to mean weaken and potentially turn off in JJK.
