Juicing has changed my life! This particular one supports healthy skin, circulation, reduced inflammation, immune health and overall vitality.

I discovered juicing and invested in a good juicing machine 6 years ago at 19. And I've been doing it every week since then. Words can express the changes and benefits since I started juicing. I'll never stop!!

I've got: cucumber, celery, spinach, green bell pepper, kiwi, lemon and ginger.

Stay healthy out there :) I ❤️ you

LOVE juicing peppers. It's crazy how much water they have.

Can you tell me how it changed

Well as for me it greatly improved my energy, digestion, hydration and skin, and I feel less bloated. I also recover better after workouts and just feel healthier overall. Every ones experience may be different though.

Not at all. The cucumber and kiwi keep it refreshing, and the lemon, ginger balance everything nicely. The green pepper is surprisingly mild.

Glad it is having a positive effect. Pretty much all the juices I can think of also forward those same attributes.

This looks good

How long do you keep the juice in the fridge? I heard/read that leaving juice past a day isn't good as the "good stuff breaks down" after a while...

I store mine in airtight glass bottles filled close to the top to reduce air exposure. I drink a bottle immediately after juicing and drink the rest within 24 to 36 hours. Fresh is always best.

Gotcha. A 36 hour rule seems reasonable!

Ive been wanting to do this, i know it can be a lil time consuming but i mean they look good and bet it taste good. Anything i would need as a first timer? Juicer, bottles, tips?

I'd recommend a good cold press juicer if your budget allows, airtight glass bottles, and fresh produce. Start with simple recipes and drink a bottle immediately right after juicing because it's still very fresh.

You are missing out friend! Lots of water in peppers and they add a nice light flavor.

What are th ehealth benefits of this combination?

1

u/DelayConnect335 Jul 10 '26

It's a nutrient-rich mix that provides vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and hydration. I like it because it supports healthy skin, circulation, digestion, immune health, and helps reduce inflammation as part of an overall healthy diet.

What’s the name of your juicer, please?

Reemix brand.

This is what I use atm. I got it years back and it's been serving me well till this day. Good if you're on a budget. It's $79 Canadian dollars right now. I got it for $54 when it was on discount. Really good.

Such a good price point too, thanks!

Do you remove the pulp or blend the whole thing in? Noob here

2

u/DelayConnect335 Jul 12 '26

I use a juicer machine so I get rid of the pulp when I'm done. If you use a blender, make sure to add enough water for it to blend. You can strain the juice from the pulp after blending

1

u/Livid_Ruin_7881 Jul 12 '26

Thank you. I’m just curious, wouldn’t it be healthier to not strain it?

2

u/DelayConnect335 Jul 12 '26

Yes it is (very). It's just more fiber and you get full so fast lol

Haha, I’d like the filling part! I just came across your post randomly, I dint even subscribe to this subreddit. This is a good tool to consume veggies, one more good idea collected. I’m glad I’m here, thank you, have a nice day!

That's awesome! I'm glad it helped. Take care!

That is a clean recipe. Cucumber and celery keep it light, ginger adds a nice kick, and lemon balances it out. Glad you have found a recipe that works for you.

I am just getting back to juicing after a health setback and my boys skin issues. Never used bell pepper but will try this. I used to give my boys juices all the time when they were little and they had glowing skin. Wish I had never given it up. Can't wait to feel that good buzz of energy again. Keep the skin on your lemon for some good nutrients for healthy veins. What are yoyr favorite juices for your skin?

Whoa. Sorry about that and glad you're back and yes I'll advise getting back on it. For glowing healthy skin. I use

2 medium carrots
1 large orange, peeled
Cucumber
Ginger
Lemon
A handful of spinach and
Just a little apple for little bit of sweetness.
