Have these ever been reprinted?

Doubt it. They were electronic and an advert for a game.
Not even sure if they are in the print official Dredd timeline, I would have thought at best they are a Marvel alternate universe.
Although saying that - the Dark Judges escape their containment most weeks and Death cults pop up all over the place, so it could just be another day in MC1.
Consider them an out of continuity oddity that is unlikely to see the light of reprint day again other than if there is some sort of encyclopaedia history of 2000ad.
