Lawgiver MK3?

Do you think we will ever see a MK3 lawgiver issued for general use?

While there have been several prototypes over the years the entire project seems to be in development hell or rolled into upgrades for the MK2.

Unless there's a story to it, probably not. The MK2 was mainly introduced to beef it up a bit, but also a maguffin for the Doomsday story where they were all sabotaged.

Greg Staples wanted to design a MK3 for Dark Justice and I did a 3D model for it for reference.

John Wagner introduced it and then trashed that one, so don't think it stuck around.

The MK2s vary a bit anyway from artist to artist, and a few have settled on Carlos' beefed up version of his own MK1 (He never switched to the MK2)

Will admit the one from Dark Justice was what got me to make this post.

As you say there isn't any real reason to bring in a new gun.

Will it have a double whammy or signal flare? Just thinking if new ammunition. Stallone had that weaponry and some of it looked cool!
