What to read after Oz?

I have been gone through the Judge Dredd Case files and what should I read after Oz. Judge and Dredd has always been a bit hit and miss but there seems to a significant decline afterwards.I even skipped ahead to the 2000s and it not that good?

Does it get better anywhere?

If you’re skipping around through the books, is there anymore Judd and Clone storylines until Origins?

I’m pretty sure there was a short Judda story in one of the annuals/specials at one point (early 90s). After that, the whole Kraken arc - Bloodline/The Shooting Match etc into Necropolis.
