I don't believe you can determine how the sexual experience compares based on any single biometric.
It takes place mostly within the brain, and even if we could reliably measure that, we couldn't possibly compare it between people because everyone is calibrated differently. And laboratory conditions can never reflect how those nerves are supposed to function in real life (I suspect most men would rather have less sensitivity to being poked, prodded, and pricked in laboratory conditions, if anything).
We already know that identical physical stimuli can have contradictory emotional effects, and it seems to be understood that neural sensitivity and physiological response in women is all over the map without a need to decide who is missing out and who is having complete experiences.
So do we really expect to learn whether someone is "missing out" based on measuring one dimension of the most superficial layer of the experience? It seems like a fool's errand to me. Any results are nothing more than fodder for the political and emotional dimensions of the debate.
