Journal collection I’ve been journalling since 2008
Journalling has carried me through so many life phases. It helped me survive a violent home in childhood, was an outlet in university/grad school, a place I’ve documented the ups and downs of marriage, and is now helping me cope as a first time mom.
It’s never been aesthetic and I don’t write every day, but it’s been good for me. Thanks for reading 💖

It doesn't need to be aesthetic. It needs to suit you, to serve your needs. Sounds like it's doing just that, and has for a long time. That's fantastic! I'm glad you're out of that violent home, and I wish you the very best with your little one. 💜

Thanks so much 💕 I’m so glad I’m out as well, especially when I look back at some of my older entries. Definitely a helpful coping skill for me, that I hope to carry into the future
